Verzendbeleid

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. From then on, it will take approximately 3-5 days for the courier to deliver you order to your home, depending on your country.

 

Shipping times & rates

We currently only ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and France. For shipping outside three two countries, please contact us and we’ll figure out the possibilities for you.

BELGIUM:

NETHERLANDS:

• Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after recieving shipping confirmation email

FRANCE:

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after recieving shipping confirmation email
  
• Shipping rate: € 12,48
• Free shipping for orders from € 90 

Order status and tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@tubimi.skin with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
