Are the products 100% natural?

Yes. Our products are 100% natural following the standards of the International Natural and Organic Cosmetics Association (Natrue).

Are the products vegan?

Yes. Our products are completely free of animal-derived ingredients.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our finished products, as well as the ingredients used in our products are completely cruelty-free and no animal testing has been done.

As a matter of fact, animal-testing has been completely banned in the EU since 2009.

Shipping & Returns

To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. For shipping outside these two countries, please contact us and we’ll figure out the possibilities for you.

What are the delivery times?

Once you purchase from us, it takes us around 2-3 business days to process your order and hand it over to our courier partner. You will then receive a confirmation email with your tracking code. From then on your order will arrive in 1-2 business days for Belgium, and 2-3 business days for the Netherlands?

I haven’t received my order yet, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@tubimi.skin with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Where can I find my tracking code?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code and a link to track your order.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for the tracking code to be activated.

How can I return my item?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
